Renee Graziano Reveals Drita D'Avanzo Blocked Her After Rehab Amends Attempt

What happens when you try to make amends and get blocked instead? Renee Graziano found out the hard way with her former 'Mob Wives' costar Drita D'Avanzo.

In an exclusive interview with E! News, Graziano revealed the current state of their relationship is nonexistent. "I don't speak to her. She don't to speak to me is more like it," she said. The rift seems to have solidified after Graziano attempted to follow the classic recovery step of making amends following a stay in a rehab facility.

"When I first came home from treatment three years ago, you're supposed to make amends," Graziano explained. "So I know there was a lot of things that I didn't even do wrong, but I still said I was sorry for them. She blocked me. That's OK. She don't like me, it's fine."

Despite the personal cold shoulder, Graziano acknowledges their on-screen chemistry was electric. "We're hysterical, like in a scene," she said. "But it's also very hard when you have two huge personalities." She also addressed the perception that her sisterly bond with show creator Jennifer Graziano gave her special treatment, a notion that clearly rankled the cast. According to E!

As the show's producer, it seems her first instinct was to protect her friends. She recalled to E! News, "I was like, ‘Yeah, we're not going to show that. We're just going to fade to black and just do the audio,’" adding, "Because I didn't want them to look nuts and put them in a bad light. They were my friends."

It appears the network, however, had other ideas. According to Jennifer, they insisted the fight air and wanted it to appear "louder and bigger than what it really was."
