James Kennedy Is Engaged and Expecting a Baby With Jordan Meyers

What’s better than a baby announcement? A baby and an engagement announcement. James Kennedy just delivered both.

The “Vanderpump Rules” alum shared the news of his engagement to his pregnant girlfriend, Jordan Meyers, via an Instagram post on June 30, according to Page Six. In a slideshow of images from Lake Como, Italy, Kennedy is pictured down on one knee proposing to Meyers. He captioned the post, “We’re engaged!! I love you, adventures with you forever and ever,” adding, “Thank you for making me the luckiest guy in the world. ❤️‍🔥.”

Meyers posted her own celebratory shots, captioning them, “Suddenly I’m left handed,” a nod to her new engagement ring. The location was marked as the luxurious Villa d’Este.

This double milestone comes just weeks after the couple went public with their relationship and pregnancy. Earlier in June, Kennedy revealed Meyers’ identity to People, confirming they are expecting their first child together. “We are thrilled to share that Jordan and I are expecting our first child together,” Kennedy told the outlet. He noted they had “previously kept our relationship out of the public eye” but were now “sharing it publicly.”

The couple told People that Meyers is four months pregnant and they have been dating for eight months total. They made their red-carpet debut earlier in June. Kennedy explained that while family and friends have known about the pregnancy “for some time now,” they waited to announce it publicly because they were focused on “building [their] relationship.” He described feeling an “instantly… strong spark” with Meyers and called “watching our love story grow and preparing to become parents together” the “most incredible experience.”

Reports that Kennedy was expecting a baby with a mystery woman first surfaced over a month before he confirmed Meyers as the mother-to-be. The rapid succession of a pregnancy reveal followed by an engagement has set tongues wagging among fans, marking a dramatic new chapter for the DJ, who is best known for his tumultuous romantic history on the long-running Bravo series.

The couple’s future plans, including a potential wedding date, have not been confirmed.
