Robertson’s attorney, Sean Hightower, told TMZ, "Blake's case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.". Robertson himself affirmed the account to E! News, stating, "Everything my attorney has said is correct. The case was dismissed within a month. Hayley signed the affidavit. We are still in contact today. We’ve got the reunion coming up soon so everyone stay tuned.".
Hendrich told TMZ she declined to press charges and that she and Robertson had private conversations about the incident. She also expressed a belief that public accountability should be taken as well, according to the publication.
